Part Time Spa Coordinator (Seasonal)

Haile Village Spa and Salon in Gainesville, Florida is hiring a limited part time Spa Coordinator. This specific role is for limited hours and fill in seasonal help with the potential to grow into a long term position for the right fit.

Spa Coordinators are a pivotal part of the spa environment and have a wide range of duties. You are a critical link in ensuring that our guests exceptional experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Service is a priority for this position. From the moment a guest walks through the doors to the time they leave our Spa Coordinators have multiple responsibilities to ensure the best experience.
• Booking Appointments
• Guiding guests throughout the facility
• Answering questions about services, products, our providers via email, over the phone and in person
• Responsible for maintaining proper records and notes in guests files
• Restocking maintain appearance of retail area.
• Help maintain professional and clean work environment. This includes cleaning general areas, preparing locker rooms, laundry, ect.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
