The role involves independent and collaborative work with a focus on providing oversight for Work Management. The successful candidate will provide support to system administration of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Job Control System (JCS), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and Work Order Review Approval (WORA). Development of monthly, weekly metric reporting for all work control organizations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with responsibilities, that include but are not limited to the following:
  • Support Work Management with Inter Contractor Work Order reviews and approvals.
  • Troubleshoot problem areas, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and Program/Project Managers for strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with IT support staff and customers.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative procedures reflecting contractual obligations and emphasizing ISMS/EMS principles.
  • Provide guidance to projects for efficiently supporting work management while meeting contractual obligations.
  • Interface and communication (both written and verbal communication) with management and internal/external clientele on current status of Work Management operations.
  • Perform analysis on metrics for work control.
  • Coordinate assignments, ensure timely completion of work, and may have training responsibilities.
  • Support the preparation of estimates for Inter-Contractor Work Orders.
  • Retrieve data from historical bases and analyze project problems, recommending corrective action.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational objectives.
Basic Qualifications ENTRY LEVEL:
  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 1 - 4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in metric reporting.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL:
  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 - 7 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in generating metric reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to assist others.
SENIOR LEVEL:
  • BA/BS degree and 8 + years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skilled in producing and analyzing metric reports to drive performance improvements.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with the capability to assist others.
Desired Qualifications *Experience in Work Management, Planning & Scheduling, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Hanford or other government contracting environments.
  • Knowledge of CMMS, EAM and JCS.

Compensation & Benefits The grade level for this position will be predicated on the successful candidates level of experience and ability to perform the essential duties of this position, based on the criteria above.
