• Greet and assist residents, families, staff, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Support the facility team with special projects and daily operations

• Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• A compassionate and professional attitude when interacting with residents and their families
