What Youll Do

  • Build a Passive Pipeline: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, and personalized outreach to identify and engage top talent.

  • Manage High-Volume Searches: Own multiple requisitions end-to-end, delivering quality hires on tight timelines.

  • Act as a Consultant: Guide hiring managers and candidates through the process, ensuring clear communication and smooth negotiations.

  • Innovate Hiring Practices: Recommend and implement new sourcing tools and tactics to keep us ahead of the market.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with fellow recruiters and stakeholders to align on priorities and share best practices.

What Youll Bring

  • 3+ years of high-volume, passive recruiting experience within an agency environment

  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray sourcing, and targeted outreach

  • Demonstrated success filling roles quickly while maintaining an excellent candidate experience

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
