What youll do

As the Senior Developer & Community Programs Manager, youll drive Docusigns direct engagement with our critical external communities. Your focus is on designing, executing, and optimizing impactful programs that inspire and help our communities succeed. Youll drive adoption, retention, and advocacy through the programs you lead.

This is a hands-on program management role, from ideation to execution, emphasizing webinars and new engagements. Youll champion operational excellence, refining systems and establishing robust tracking to measure program ROI.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Developer & Community Marketing.

Responsibility

  • Drive the strategic design and hands-on management of programs for our priority audiences, with a strong emphasis on technical engagement and you scope includes diverse channels like email, webinars, and community platforms

  • Drive the strategic management of all developer and community contact lists which includes ensuring data hygiene, optimal segmentation, and compliance, enabling highly targeted and effective communications for all programs

  • Develop, lead, and optimize the overarching email strategy for Docusigns priority communities which includedsincludes audience segmentation, content personalization, deliverability, A/B testing, and the end-to-end management of all email communications (e.g., newsletters, program invites, nurture sequences, product updates) to drive engagement, adoption, and retention

  • Strategize, plan, and execute high-impact webinars and virtual events (i.g. virtual hackathons)

  • Identify and explore new, experimental formats and channels for community engagement (e.g., hackathons, code labs, SDK deep-dives, online challenges) to continuously optimize our approach Optimize systems and establish robust tracking for program effectiveness and ROI tied to overall OKRs

  • Collaborate with Developer Content amp; Advocacy, Product, Engineering, Growth, Operations and other teams for seamless program creation and delivery

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years in program management, developer relations, or community management in B2B SaaS, with a focus on technical platforms
  • Experience building and leading multi-faceted programs for diverse communities, with demonstrable impact on adoption, retention, and engagement
  • Experience with operational cleanup, system optimization, and setting up robust tracking/analytics
  • Experience owning and managing comprehensive email strategies for an audience, encompassing list health, segmentation, campaign design, A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and performance analysis
  • Experience leading webinar and virtual event programs, including strategy, content development, promotion, and execution for technical and diverse audiences
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $112,800.00 - $175,000.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $106,900.00 - $147,025.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $106,900.00 - $155,100.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
