Senior Developer - Enterprise Decision Management (EDM)

Job Description

Identify and analyze business problems and requirements, design, develop, debug, validate, assure full functionality, maintain, and deliver North America (U.S., Canada and Mexico) OnStar Vehicle to Back Office infotainment service applications (using OOTB and custom solutions) including Entitlements (such as Remote Start, Vehicle Locate), Product and Discount Qualifications, Marketing Content (packages, analysis of services), and Campaigns, using PEGA Rules Process Commander (PEGA) Marketing and Decisioning (M&D) modules. Provide user story demonstrations in playback and Show and Tell sessions to Business and Product Owners to capture feedback. Create PEGA decision strategies in PEGA M&D module for complex business rules using aggregation components including proposition import, switch, set property, iteration, group by, filter, data import, decision tree, decision table, and map value. Leverage PEGA Champion Challenger rules to compare performance of test offers and customer actions. Design, implement and customize business system and standardized operating procedures following Scaled Agile Framework.

Additional Job Description

Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, and one (1) year of experience as a Developer, Analyst, Engineer, or related role. Must also have experience with: creating PEGA decision strategies in PEGA Marketing and Decisioning (M&D) module or Decision Strategy Manager (DSM) module for complex business rules using aggregation components including proposition import, switch, filter, decision tree, and map value
