Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or other social services field. Entry Level (Coordinator) requires some work experience or internship in social services working with children/families.

Candidates with recruiting or foster care experience are encouraged to apply!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Recruits, trains and submits for approval new foster parent resources in accordance with goals set by program leadership.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling and implementation of all pre-service training for prospective foster parents.
  • Conducts a comprehensive assessment of prospective foster families assessment and submits for approval.
  • Responsible for entering and submitting initial approval documents into database.
  • Ensures retention of foster homes through monitoring of in-service training hours and timely completion of the annual review process for foster homes assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, as a member of a team who cares for those we serve and each other.

  • Show enthusiasm and tenacity in working toward and meeting goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
