Job Summary

The Director of Operational Excellence (OpEx), Deployment & Adoption, is responsible for successfully Leading and Managing Miner Corporation’s business processes and business systems across existing and acquired locations nationally. This position will drive improved business results by successfully getting locations the training and knowledge to successfully operationalize their business through our standard operating procedures and business systems. This position will have strong skills in leadership, developing and coaching the OpEx members, monitoring results, and adjusting direction accordingly. The OpEx Director must advocate continuous improvement with a proven track record of driving sustainable organizational change.


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage project portfolios, manage execution & timelines.
  • Serve as the overall owner & champion of Successful Implementations.
  • Develop, maintain, and deploy Best Demonstrated Practices (BDP’s) for the organization.
  • Conduct Deep Dive sessions to understand individual business dynamics and outliers.
  • Represent Miner Operations as a subject matter expert on Miner Processes and Business Systems.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the organization to drive change commitment with the implementation team and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates thought leadership to drive ongoing continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Executes, drives, and manages multiple projects as assigned to support business development or operational efficiency of newly acquired businesses.
  • Support effective change management plans through strong leadership and cross-functional engagement.
  • Introduce, deploy, and train employees on standard operating policies (SOPs) related to our Service and Equipment business segments.
  • Ensure the implementation team has a strong knowledge of the process and content.
  • Audit compliance & execution of operational process activities and business system utilization.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on recommendations for enhancements to processes and systems.
  • Document and leverage lessons learned to improve the deployment process for subsequent engagements.
  • Support continuous execution reinforcement to achieve successful change in the business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by their manager.

  • On-time completion of process and system implementation projects.
  • Completion of key business initiatives and stakeholder satisfaction with change experience.
  • Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information.
  • Other key metrics prescribed by Miner Ltd. leadership, resulting in positive customer and Company impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Manufacturing, distribution, or field service managerial/leadership experience.
  • Process driven with a proven track record in problem solving.
  • Technologically proficient; Excellent with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Possesses a bias towards action with demonstrated success in getting things done.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence and navigate change management without direct line of authority.
  • Ability to effectively manage resources, timeline, and priorities in a project environment.
  • Ability to build trust and demonstrate value.
  • Ability to adapt to continuously evolving environments and overcome issues, challenges, and obstacles.
  • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs and across remote offices.

  • Willing to travel within the contiguous United States up to 75%.
