Job Description

This is a remote position.

Full Visibility is seeking a Technical Sourcer to work remotely. This is primarily a work-from-home/remote part-time position that will be supporting East Coast-based customers.

The Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing technical talent to support our federal contracts focusing on law enforcement and national security missions. The Technical Sourcer will conduct outreach and sourcing through innovative methods – using databases, websites, and other means – to identify eligible and competitive candidates. The successful candidate will be expected to source resumes, conduct outreach, review resumes, potentially make initial contact/introductory calls, and assist with tracking open requirements. The Sourcer will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager and other senior management to maintain a healthy pipeline and recruitment strategy.

The Sourcer should have experience with recruiting technical talent and possess a general understanding of the variety of technical skills that may be needed, as well as an understanding of law enforcement and national security customers. It is preferred that the Sourcer has experience recruiting cleared technical talent, or has an understanding of the complexities of this niche talent market. Additionally, the Sourcer should have some experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and be able to update candidate records in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing technical talent; preference to those with experience sourcing/recruiting cleared technical talent for law enforcement and national security missions
• 
  Experience with innovative methods of sourcing candidates and conducting candidate outreach
• 
  Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Zoho Recruit
• 
  Ability to multi-task and manage candidates and hiring requirements
• 
  Ability to work well independently with a go-getter attitude
• 
  Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as attention to detail
• 
  U.S. Citizenship Required

Preferred Qualifications:
