Account Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client to find a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join their team in Richfield, OH. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting sales operations, managing customer accounts, and providing administrative support to a dynamic management team. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the management team, including monitoring customer accounts

• Support lead generation initiatives to help achieve annual sales targets.

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and track sales strategies and activities.

• Maintain and expand the organizations prospect database.

• Manage outbound and inbound invoice accounts, including monitoring monthly accounts receivable and payable.

• Track overdue payments and promptly notify management of discrepancies.

• Process sales order changes or cancellations and communicate updates to management.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.

• Capture and update customer information for future follow-up.

• Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.

Qualifications:

• College diploma required; additional training in customer service is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong mathematical reasoning skills.

• Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members.

• Ability to work proactively, solve problems independently, and manage files systematically.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Pay Details: $41,000.00 to $49,500.00 per year
