Account Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client to find a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join their team in Richfield, OH. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting sales operations, managing customer accounts, and providing administrative support to a dynamic management team. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team, including monitoring customer accounts
Support lead generation initiatives to help achieve annual sales targets.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and track sales strategies and activities.
Maintain and expand the organizations prospect database.
Manage outbound and inbound invoice accounts, including monitoring monthly accounts receivable and payable.
Track overdue payments and promptly notify management of discrepancies.
Process sales order changes or cancellations and communicate updates to management.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
Capture and update customer information for future follow-up.
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.
Qualifications:
College diploma required; additional training in customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong mathematical reasoning skills.
Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members.
Ability to work proactively, solve problems independently, and manage files systematically.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
Pay Details: $41,000.00 to $49,500.00 per year
