LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounts Payable Coordinator job in Greenwood Village, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $24.00 and $26.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this companys competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:-Heavy invoice research and resolving payment discrepancies-Sorting and filtering data in large data sets-Providing excellent customer service to vendors over phone and e-mail regarding payment statuses-Paying bills through online portals-Setting up new vendors in payment portals
Qualifications:-At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role-Previous experience in Avidxchange preferred but not required-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP-Excellent attention to detail-Excellent customer service skills-Excellent analytical skills
Compensation:-Hourly rate between $24.00 and $26.00-Medical, dental, and vision benefits options-Company paid life insurance and long term disability insurance-401(k) program with company match-8 paid holidays per year-10 days of PTO per year (with additional days granted the longer you stay with the company)
