Description
Robert Half is hiring for a busy automotive dealership in Carlsbad seeking a reliable and bilingual DMV Administrative Clerk. This role is perfect for someone who understands the ins and outs of vehicle registration and title processing and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process DMV paperwork including title transfers, registrations, and renewals
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with DMV regulations
- Utilize Outlook, Excel, and internal systems to manage workflow
- Support general office tasks and assist with customer service as needed
- 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry or DMV-related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with California DMV procedures and documentation
