You Focus on Clinical Work - We Handle the Admin work

  • BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
  • BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 12 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
  • Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
  • Youll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training
