Location: Everybody Arts, with opportunities for work placements across Calderdale and West Yorkshire Hours: Part time, 2.5 days per week (0.5 FTE) Salary: £24,570 (£12.60 per hour, Real Living Wage) Contract type: Fixed-term (6 months) Start date: October 2025 End date: March 2026 Closing date for applications: Friday 5 September at 12pm Interview dates: Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 September

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Trainee to be part of our Bloom Programme, a transformative initiative designed to support young people transitioning from childrens to adult social and health services in Calderdale. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Take part in a paid programme to develop their own creative health practice

  • Explore jobs and skills within the creative health sector

  • Work with Artist Educators and Creative Practitioners to co-deliver creative health and wellbeing sessions

  • Receive counselling and mentoring support alongside their work

  • Become part of a wider community in the creative health sector through the Bloom Network

Please note that to be considered for the opportunity, you must:

  • Be able to commit 2.5 days a week

  • Not already be receiving similar support or be on a paid opportunity with another organisation

  • Have eligibility to work in the UK
