Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Sales Representative position include:

• Proven experience in lead generation, B2B or B2G sales, preferably in construction or surfacing industries
• Conducting discovery calls, site evaluations, and client consultations to deliver tailored project solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with a focus on relationship-building
• Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and AI-based sales platforms
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and read/interact with RFPs, bid documents, and construction plans
• Collaborating cross-functionally with estimating, operations, and installation teams
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and following sales processes and scripts
• Contributing insights in internal strategy meetings and refining the sales processSalary: $50,000 base salary with the potential to earn up to $100,000+ with commission.
