Customer Service Administrator

TrinityRail Maintenance Services, Inc. is searching for a Customer Service Administrator for our Jonesboro, AR office. We provide a complete array of railcar maintenance services. Responsibilities may include general department duties such as data entry, and executing and reporting on research and data analysis projects. Interacts with company personnel at all organizational levels. May be required to perform duties of a critical or confidential nature. 

What youll do:

  • Invoice completed Rail Cars
  • Update, analyze and audit data in production tracking systems
  • Create folders for inbound railcars and submit Bills of Lading for outbound railcars.
  • Obtain customer approvals
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • High School diploma with 4 + years of related experience.
  • Must be highly proficient with MS Office Professional Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with time management and meeting deadlines.
