We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to support customers in both English and Spanish. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values clear communication and exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary communication point between customers, sales team members, logistics staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage customer interactions, including quotes, order processing, invoicing, and problem resolution, with a focus on delivering excellent service.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information with great attention to detail.

• Maintain and update customer records, including onboarding new clients.

• Address product or service issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team members to support organizational goals and initiatives.

• Provide guidance on products and services to customers, enhancing their experience.

• Contribute to process improvements and other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.• Minimum of two years of customer service experience, ideally in international shipping.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.• Familiarity with MAS90/Sage or similar business management software is preferred.• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork.• College degree is an asset but not required.
