Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions for legal and support teams in the Peninsula/Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices. This role includes managing recruitment, performance evaluations, compliance, employee relations, and compensation to support a productive workplace. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering employee growth while balancing organizational needs. Responsibilities include onboarding, policy enforcement, performance reviews, supervising HR staff, analyzing salary structures, and providing guidance on employee relations and workforce planning. Strong leadership and compliance knowledge are essential for success in this role.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in human resources leadership or a comparable field.
- Solid knowledge of HR operations, benefits administration, and fostering positive employee relations.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and other HR technology tools.
- Proven track record in coordinating onboarding activities and employee orientation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
- Expertise in managing performance appraisals and providing constructive feedback.
- Superior organizational and analytical capabilities to assess HR practices and drive enhancements.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a bridge between employees and leadership.
