Description
Robert Half is proactively recruiting Junior System Administrators for upcoming opportunities with our Charlotte clients. These roles are great for early-career IT professionals with a foundation in systems administration and a drive to grow into enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with user account administration, Active Directory, and Office 365 management.
- Support system monitoring, routine updates, and security patching.
- Provide Tier 1-2 support for escalated IT issues.
- Assist senior admins with server builds, virtualization, and cloud migrations.
- Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years IT support or system administration experience.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred.
