Litigation Paralegal
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring a Litigation Paralegal for our client in Portland, OR. This direct hire opportunity offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
The Litigation Paralegal will be responsibility for assisting with pre-trial preparations, providing support for discovery projects, managing all aspects of audio/visual presentation during trails, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with attorneys. We are looking for a tech savvy applicant with the ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly in challenging situations.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with discovery projects and pre-trial preparations
· Manage all aspects of audio/visual presentations during trial
· Assist with processing data during various phases, including discovery, processing quality control review, exporting and production
· Collaborate with attorneys and ensure compliance with firm policies
· Assist with collection
· Manage electronic depositions in database/trial software
· Edit and produce audio-visual files
· Troubleshoot technical issues during trial
· Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, counsel, paralegals and staff
· Some overtime required
· Future once per quarter travel required
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of complex litigation experience
· Tech savvy
· Exceptional communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to adapt and manage challenging situations
· Strong understanding of trial presentation software, Relativity and eDiscovery
· Ability to learn new systems and processes

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
