Job Type Full Time Schedule Days Pay $118,750 Patients Per Day 20-22 EMR System - NextGen Work Location Outpatient Geriatrics Job ID 51159 Job Description A Vista, California based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a PACE team.

An ideal candidate should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating older adults in a PACE facility. Managed care experience and community health experience are a plus. Required Qualifications CA NP license CA DEA certificate before start date CPR certification Board certified in field Responsibilities Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in older adults Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
