DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Patient Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position that requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The role involves providing essential support to patients and ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
Responsibilities:• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, averaging 60-80 daily.• Assist patients with scheduling appointments and resolving inquiries.• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing patient needs.• Perform accurate data entry to maintain patient records and appointment details.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.• Uphold compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.• Maintain professionalism and empathy during patient interactions.
Requirements• Previous experience in patient scheduling or call center customer service.• Strong ability to assist patients with registration and scheduling needs.• Proficiency in handling high call volumes while maintaining quality service.• Familiarity with healthcare systems and patient services.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.• Ability to work effectively in an office environment, Monday through Friday.• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Information :
