Plumber

Join our team as a Commercial Plumbing and Piping Specialist, where you will be responsible for managing plumbing and piping installations. This role involves running underground piping, installing PVC lines, gas and vent piping, and copper lines, as well as setting and installing new fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Run plumbing and piping underground.
• Install PVC lines, gas piping, vent piping, and copper lines.
• Perform sweating and soldering of copper lines.
• Set and install new plumbing fixtures.
• Read, interpret, and understand specifications, addenda, submittals, and construction schedules.
• Ensure all work is performed and completed according to contract, engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.

• Proficiency in plumbing and piping installation.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 100 pounds regularly.
• Understanding of math, basic algebra, and geometry.
• Familiarity with trade tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of Plumbing and Mechanical trade codes, formulas, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work well with others.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Must have 6 plus years as a journeyman commercial plumberAble to read, interpret and work off of blueprintsMust have all hand tools of the trade as well as a cordless drillMust wear all PPE and have dependable transportationMust pass pre employment screenings
