Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)- Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of features and services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with an eye toward performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to align on goals and priorities.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects and features, from requirements through deployment.
- Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
- Advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
- 5+ years of software development experience, with strong full-stack or back-end expertise.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Experience designing, implementing, and deploying microservices-based architectures.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity to stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

The base salary for this role is between $131,000 - $141,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
