Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO)

We are seeking a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) to join the team on high-profile federal job sites. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) position include:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or industrial safety
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required; EM 385-1-1 training preferred
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures per OSHA and company standards
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits
• Provide ongoing safety training and toolbox talks to crews and subcontractors
• Maintain safety documentation, including accident and training records
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with management and agencies to ensure a safe working environmentSalary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
