Sr. Supply Chain Manager

Position Title: Senior Supply Chain ManagerLocation: On-site - Temple, TXSalary Range: $120K - $135K (DOE)

Position Summary:

The role of a Senior Supply Chain Manager in manufacturing involves overseeing the entire supply chain process, which includes purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to meet business goals.- Overseeing procurement, production planning, and inventory management.- Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to streamline processes.- Conducting regular analysis and reporting on supply chain performance metrics.- Identifying and mitigating risks in the supply chain.- Leading and mentoring the supply chain team to achieve performance targets.- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.- Managing integrated ERP systems, data integrity, and analysis.- Managing inventory accuracy across all warehousing and manufacturing locations.- Maintaining all material master information within the ERP system.- Managing production and warehouse teams to ensure compliance with corporate rules and regulations.- Developing and implementing supply chain, supplier quality, and logistics strategies that support global production.- Reducing inventory by significant amounts through the introduction of new tools and processes.

Qualifications:

- This role requires a B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a management function.- Certification in supply chain management (APICS, Six Sigma) is a plus.
