Location: Oklahoma City, OK (100% On-Site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $14.70/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team in Oklahoma City. This is a full-time, on-site position with the opportunity to transition from contract to permanent hire based on performance. The Title Clerk will be responsible for processing vehicle titles, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with state and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify incoming title documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and update title records in the company system
• File, scan, and manage title documentation in accordance with company policies
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, and state agencies regarding title status and requirements
• Assist with resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely completion of title work
• Provide administrative support to the department as needed

Requirements:

• Previous office or clerical experience required; prior title or automotive industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
