 A role you will love

The Account Manager I position for which you applied for is on the Relationship Management team within CCTs Residential Mortgage Services group.  As an Account Manager I, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting trust and other legal documents to identify administrative responsibilities and requirements for low to mid-level complexity accounts, portfolios, and products. The role holder may assist with administrative services, tax, payment processing, onboarding, maintenance and terminations, and production support. 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the relationships and oversight of a portfolio of large, critical, and complex RMBS securitizations and non-securitized offerings (warehouse, disbursement agent, portfolio accounting, ABL facilities). 
  • Partnering with clients and internal teams to lead the resolution of issues related to assigned accounts.
  • Leading Residential deal terminations
  • Supporting RMBS related Trustee activities and oversight. 
  • Supporting EU/UK Risk Retention reporting. 
  • Supporting RMBS related Loan Review Trigger processes.
  • Reviewing and interpreting contractual deal documents related to deal closings and amendments

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Solid problem solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Ability to instruct others.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 4 years of financial services or trust services required.
  • Focus on developing strong relationships with internal business partners at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and interpret legal documents.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively, while exercising sound judgment.

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $65,100 - $97,650. This base pay range is specific to Columbia, MD and may not be applicable to other locations
