Overview

Turner Duckworth is looking for an Account Manager to join our New York studio.

As an Account Manager, you are exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You thrive in a creative environment, able to change direction quickly and juggle multiple workstreams at once. You are passionate about design, branding, and building strong relationships. As an Account Manager, youll be instrumental in supporting and managing clients, and working with fellow account team members to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget.

What Youll Do:

  • Support and collaborate daily with senior account team members across various projects
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, communicating professionally and effectively
  • Communicate with the design team to provide support and structure for the creative process
  • Cultivate and maintain a basic working knowledge of clients business dynamics
  • Audit the competitive landscapes of our brands to inform the creative process
  • Analyze client feedback and write design orders for the internal team with oversight from senior team members; ensuring that client feedback is actionable and on brief; alerting team when feedback or client requests warrant change orders; writing change orders, obtaining approval and integrating with existing work streams
  • Author and present slides for client check-ins and presentations
  • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and internal project calendars
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings, troubleshooting challenges that arise
  • Manage project finances: draft project scopes, timelines, and staff plans with close oversight from senior team members, manage the purchase order process, maintain accurate budget trackers, update forecast on a weekly basis; coordinate client billing with the finance team; prepare monthly revenue recognition report
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers for design-adjacent services: manage RFPs, coordinate timelines, deliverables, and review process 
  • Manage the preparation of case studies once projects are complete
Qualifications
  • Full-Time Position
  • 3+ Years of experience in account management, preferred
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Are based in or willing to relocate to New York, NY
  • Hybrid work schedule, 3 days/week in-studio
  • Reports to Account Director
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience with GoogleWorkspace a plus

Compensation Range: $59,850- $90,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
