Accounting Specialist
Job Purpose: Provide general accounting administrative support for daily accounting operations, update & maintain employee commissions for payroll, & provide support for the primary dispatcher.
Responsibilities:
· Process, calculation, and track commission for employees for payroll
· Provide support for the primary dispatcher for Electrical, HVAC Installations Plumbing, and Sales
· Process and manage customer rebates for equipment incentives
· Process and manage customer warranty information and compile registration packets for customers
· Perform weekly audits of accounts payable for accuracy and missing data
· Various other administrative and accounting support tasks to maintain accuracy and coverage in the department
Experience/Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· 1 -2 years of administrative accounting experience preferred
· 1- 2 years of Sage Intacct experience preferred or other comparable accounting software
· Service Titan experience preferred but not required
· 3 - 5 years of Microsoft Suite experience required
· Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as attention to detail, analytic skills, a time management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
