Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Registrar, this position will serve as the first point of contact for the Registrars Office by assisting students, faculty, staff, and other university constituents. This role provides exceptional customer service, assists with a variety of administrative tasks, and supports the smooth functioning of the office. The representative will handle inquiries, process forms, and ensure that information provided is accurate and timely. This is a part-time position.
This description outlines key duties but may not encompass all tasks assigned. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as the Office of the Registrars needs evolve.

Education
- High school diploma or GED required; associates degree or higher in a related field preferred.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in an academic setting.
- Familiarity with student information systems or database management is a plus.
