Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
Quality Electric of the Coastal Carolinas, LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated individual to join our Myrtle Beach, SC team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our area manager and office manager. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry and customer support. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
· Answer telephones and assist callers.
· Schedule service requests directly with homeowners and maintain schedule calendar.
· Assist with document management tasks, such as scanning, filing, copying, and maintaining electronic records.
· Familiarity with builder websites, plans and inspection reports.
- Direct communication with builder superintendents and create work orders based on requests received.
General Requirements:
· Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent analytical skills

Compensation:
· Full - Time
· Salary: $17 hourly - $20 hourly, based on experience.
