Asset-Backed Finance Senior Associate

Paul Hastings Asset-Backed Finance Group is seeking a Senior Associate with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. Candidates must have solid experience dealing with asset-backed finance transactions and will have advised issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers in all aspects of structured finance offerings. Our Asset-Backed Finance group represents clients ranging from highly sophisticated financial institutions to first-time issuers and startups, and the group has played keys roles in implementing many well-established securitization platforms in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing practice.  This position may reside in New York, Washington, D.C., or Chicago and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
