Boba Barista (AM Shift)

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Boba Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following company recipes- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area- Assist customers in choosing beverages- Handle cash and card transactions using Point of Sale (POS) system- Uphold food safety standards in handling and preparing food items- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required- Knowledge of coffee types, flavors, and preparation methods- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor- Understanding of food handling, safety, and hygiene practices
