Call Center Specialist

DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to trade shows, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:• Handle approximately 25 inbound customer calls daily, addressing inquiries and providing clear information.• Guide customers through the trade show process, including schedules, charges, and required materials.• Assist in troubleshooting issues such as missing materials or login difficulties.• Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates using Salesforce and Excel.• Deliver excellent customer service by proactively identifying solutions and addressing concerns.• Communicate professionally and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and streamline processes.• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage and organize data efficiently.• Stay informed about trade show details to provide accurate and timely information.• Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in addressing customer needs.

Requirements• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex details clearly.• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.• Familiarity with customer service software and basic office tools.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.• Resourceful and self-motivated with a focus on delivering high-quality service.• Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment.
