About the role

Our client is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaner / Caretaker to take ownership of cleaning duties and light maintenance work across their Ramsgate site. From offices and communal areas to the upkeep of outdoor spaces, your day will be varied and rewarding.

Key duties include:

• Cleaning offices, kitchens, and restrooms
• General maintenance and caretaking tasks
• Basic groundskeeping and gardening
• Weekly H&S checks
• Using mechanical cleaning equipment
• Liaising with internal teams for cleaning needs
• Following health & safety procedures

What were looking for:

• Previous cleaning experience required
• Handy with DIY and basic maintenance
• Able to work on your own initiative
• Flexible, punctual, and reliable
• Good communicator with a problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of cleaning/gardening equipment is a bonus
