We offer a variety of wellness services, including oxygen therapy, ozone therapy, braintap therapy, and lymphatic drainage therapy, all in a serene and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Wellness Associate to join our team and help us in our mission to uplift and empower our community.

Position Overview:

As a Wellness Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients. You will assist in daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support our wellness programs. This position requires a keen interest in health and wellness, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing inquiries about wellness services.

- Conduct client intake assessments and provide basic guidance on wellness programs.

- Operate the wellness machines and ensure they function properly.

- Facilitate workshops and classes under the guidance of senior staff.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio space and wellness equipment.

- Support marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and community outreach.

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and improve wellness offerings.

Qualifications:

- Experience in customer service and a passion for wellness and a healthy lifestyle.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic knowledge of holistic health practices.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
