Customer Relations Coordinator

RocKn F is hiring a Customer Relations Coordinator! This is an Inside Sales support position. This person will be expected to provide support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the company is able to meet its growth targets. This person will report directly to the Customer Relations Director.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining customers, generating leads, and providing exceptional service.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing their daily work schedule to call on existing potential sales opportunities.
  • Sales activity will include sales phone calls (cold calling), emails, contacts, and messages.
  • Partner internally to build solutions for customers, including pricing, implementation, and future growth opportunities.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Interpret and communicate information to internal dispatchers.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Support other Account Managers by intaking loads/providing to dispatch, corresponding with customers on quotes.
  • Provide sales leads by performing diligent research & maintain Sales Leads report.
  • Other duties as required and assigned.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2 years of Admin/Office
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service
  • Industry-related experience preferred but not required

Work Location: In person *This is not a hybrid or remote position.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
