Customer Service Operations Coordinator

As a Customer Service Operations Coordinator, youll be at the heart of our customer interactions, bridging the gap between client needs and technical resolutions. Youre empowered to drive the customer experience, liaising closely with our Service Managers and Technicians to decode customer concerns and weave a tapestry of timely, efficient repairs and maintainers.
Your Role & Responsibilities- Field incoming service calls and emails, acting as the first line of support.
- Deliver exemplary customer service through various communication channels.
- Efficiently dispatch and schedule technician visits for repairs and maintenance.
- Serve as the conduit for communications between our technicians and the customer, providing clear updates on progress.
- Collaboratively work with the Parts Department to ensure the correct components and pricing are procured, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Facilitate new preventive maintenance agreements, coordinating all necessary logistics.
- Manage online transactions and ensure timely invoicing at the end of each month.
- Maintain organized records, facilitating easy access to information when needed.
- Strong decision-making capabilities that support being proactive.
- Superb communication prowess, particularly in information exchange.
- A proven track record in multitasking and organizational excellence.
- The ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Exemplary flexibility, meeting every challenge with a solution-oriented mindset.
- A minimum of 2 years in a service or parts department.
- Experience within the industry will highly benefit your role here.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous but optional.
- Strong command over MS Word and Excel is essential.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
