Customer Service Representative

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound calling to follow up with customers and address their needs.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Utilize computerized systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries.
  • Provide bilingual support when necessary to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and complaints promptly.
  • Assist with cash handling procedures as needed during transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and enhance overall service quality.
  • Identify opportunities for sales by promoting products or services that meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve a wider range of customers.
  • Experience with cash handling is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities for success in this role.
