Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Duties

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance
  • Perform data entry to update customer records and process orders
  • Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and client services
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
