Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Duties
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance
- Perform data entry to update customer records and process orders
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and client services
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
