Who we are

Complete Line Glass has been serving the glass & glazing industry since the 1980s. With a fleet of over 30 delivery vehicles we deliver cases, stock sheets, tempered glass, insulated glass, aluminum storefront and glass on racks to customers shops and jobsites.

Job Details

Daily tasks include greeting guests upon arrival, answering phone calls, directing visitors to the appropriate person, taking messages, handling filing, and performing other clerical duties, all while maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates professional and effective verbal, written, and computer skills
• Demonstrates a willingness to work in a team environment
• Great attitude, coachable, hardworking
• Detail oriented, organizational skills
• Demonstrates regular attendance and punctuality
• Self motivated, self starter
• Proficient in computer skills and office management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage calendars and perform administrative tasks efficiently
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and data entry

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Directing customers by being helpful and friendly.
• Responding to emails
• Greeting clients and visitors as they come in

Compensation - Receptionist:

• Full-time (guaranteed 40 hours per week)
• Monday thru Friday : 8am-5pm Starting at $15/hr
• In office position, NO REMOTE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
