Job Description As a Greeter at Elevate Entertainment Group, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and positive impression. Your role will involve greeting guests, providing information about our attractions and services, and assisting with any inquiries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide guests with information about the venues attractions, events, and services.
• Guide guests to various areas of the venue, including attractions, dining areas, restrooms, and event spaces.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage guest lines, ensuring an orderly and efficient flow.
• Ensure that guests adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist with the setup and management of special events and promotions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area and surrounding spaces.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to:

• Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused
• Able to take direction and work together as a team
• Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure

Education + Experience + Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Meets Ring Up Program Requirements
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
• Must be able to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise and repetitive motion
