The Opportunity:As an Enterprise Broadcast System (IBS) Enterprise FVEY and Operations Network Analyst you will have the opportunity to ensure maximum performance and dissemination of actionable perishable intelligence and operational data to support national security operations among multiple agencies, producers, and combatant commands.

Responsibilities:

Maintain four global dissemination pathways routing critical operational data, detect anomalies, monitor latency and identify issues that could potentially affect user experience and access to data.Identify mission-critical system anomalies the impact IBS consumers worldwide

Record and document broadcast anomalies and deficiencies.Develop metrics and statistical analysis for customized IBS products tailored to user needs

Provide backup coverage for GIBSSC watch standers monitoring and troubleshooting system issues

Act as primary liaison between foreign partners and program leadership

Coordinate procurement and repair of new and current equipment with partner nations

Brief trouble ticket status to IBS Enterprise engineers and leadership

Qualifications:

Required: 

Active TS/SCI clearance

Expertise in JIRA and Kabana utilities

Extensive knowledge of partner nation requirements, methods, and communication.Direct experience with the IBS Watch floor duties

Expertise in FVEY classification requirements and practices

Expertise in interactive broadcast analysis

Experience in pattern of life analysis

Desired:BS degree in technical fieldCertification in Kabana utilities

Pay Range

: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,800 - $148,600
