Infosys is seeking an enthusiastic Java Lead Consultant with proven requirement gathering skills and experience in preparing technical requirement documents based on technical workshops. This role involves contributing to various phases of the consulting lifecycle, including business process consulting, problem definition, solution proposal, development, configuration, deployment, team guidance, proposal development, client training, internal capability building, and project scope detailing. It offers an opportunity to develop value-adding consulting solutions to meet clients evolving needs globally.

Required Skills

  • Candidate must be within commuting distance of Fort Meyers, FL or willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
  • Minimum of 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Full-stack development with Node.js, Next.js, GraphQL, React, Spring Boot
  • Experience building Microservices
  • Proven technical leadership experience
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Optional: Ecommerce domain knowledge and familiarity with products like Fabric

The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, communication via phone, email, or face-to-face, and potential travel as required.
