Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor

•  Coordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling, or safeguarding a high hazard process.•  Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.•  Promote a strong safety culture by modeling safe behaviors, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to all relevant procedures and policies.•  Provide leadership and development to a team of technicians, supporting their technical growth, engagement, and performance.•  Monitor and drive performance through key maintenance and reliability metrics such as planned-to-unplanned work ratio, schedule compliance, and mean time between failure (MTBF).•  Utilize CMMS tools to plan, prioritize, and track maintenance activities, ensuring accurate data entry and timely work execution.•  Support the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, FSQR, and EHS, to ensure alignment on priorities and effective resolution of plant issues.•  Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.•  Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.•  Develop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.•  You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees.•  Other duties as assigned
