About Us:A Perfect Choice Home Care is a trusted home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate and reliable services to seniors and individuals in need. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with scheduling caregivers and coordinating client services.
  • Manage and maintain records including client files, caregiver schedules, and office documents.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and maintain the new hire tracker.
  • Send portal information and welcome emails to new clients.
  • Review and manage job applications on Indeed and schedule interviews.
  • Cover last-minute call-offs or no-shows by providing backup assistance until a replacement is found.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of office experience (home care or healthcare preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Scheduling and caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must pass a Level 2 Background Check and drug screening.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to cover shifts in case of caregiver call-offs or no-shows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
