Office Assistant

Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of the office operations.

Duties- Assist in managing office activities and operations- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications- Perform data entry, maintain files, and organize documents- Support with scheduling appointments and meetings- Assist in preparing reports and presentations- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors- Conduct basic proofreading tasks- Support office staff with various tasks as needed

Experience- Proven experience working in an office environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Word- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles- Experience in file management, typing, and proofreading is a plus- Previous experience in customer support or as a personal assistant is advantageous
