Receptionist

Oglebay Village Apartments is actively pursuing a Part Time Receptionist to join our Property Management team to help with the daily operations of our Low Income apartment community.

Job Summary:

This candidate must have great attention to detail with outstanding interpersonal skills and enjoys a challenging fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Greeting residents/visitors and set a positive office atmosphere
  • Answer phones, filter calls to appropriate team members, check voice mail
  • Assist with processing applications and initial income verifications, certifications, and move-ins.
  • Maintain waitlist in accordance with Fair Housing and HUD/Ruel Development guidelines
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
