Senior Director, Product Design

• Builds, evolves and scales the design team at Perforce, their processes and tools.  
• Responsible for shaping Design strategy and direction, ensuring it aligns to wider business strategies, and company goals. 
• Oversee the entire design process at Perforce, from ideation and sketching to prototyping and final delivery. 
• Collaborates across multiple functions and builds strategic relationships to influence work direction and drive successful outcomes.  
• Leverages deep knowledge of the business to introduce innovative Design concepts and champion new initiatives.  
• Negotiates on Design matters of critical importance to the organization 
• Articulates complex ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively to gain stakeholder buy-in. 
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform decisions and advance organizational goals.  
• Solves complex problems: Analyzes complex Design concepts with a critical lens and implements effective solutions.
